Paul McKenna and Dr Oz on Fox confirm lose weight fast and keep it off permanently part three12 Jan

Dr Oz had Hypnotist Paul McKenna as a guest this afternoon on Fox TV.  Watch it if you can.  It will help you understand that losing weight is really all in your head.  I think he has a sensational program and I think the program can be taken to another level… and that is to apply all the suggestions I gave my clients for over a decade… and that is to eat less then you burn.  If you read my previous two posts (they will only take you a couple minutes to read) you would know this post is about how to figure out how many calories you burn in a day.  A quick easy way is to use the Body Bugg or ExerSpy to monitor your activity or the hard way, monitor your activity for two weeks and take an average of the calories you consumed and the amount of weight you lost.

yea, I know, that sounds complicated.  it really isn’t.  If you eat exactly the same number of calories everyday for two weeks and your body weight does not change you know exactly how many calories you burn each day.  You know that because nothing changed.  If you lost weight you were eating less then you burned and if you gained weight you obviously are eating more calories then you are burning.

Scientifically it’s math.  3500 divided by 7 equals 500 to be specific.  There are 3500 calories in a pound of fat, and there are seven days in the week.

÷7   days of the week

500   calories per day to loss one pound of fat per week.

You can find this information all over the place.  The real secret to weight loss is to keep burning 500 to 1000 calories per day more then you eat.  That’s it.  Keep track of what you put in your mouth… and burn more then you eat… period.  Most people, as I mentioned in my previous post, cannot accept that losing weight can be that simple.  Most of the time, including me, we want to make it too difficult thus un achievable… keep it simple… it will work.
